Buscamos ejecutivos de soporte al cliente para importante empresa de tecnología. Las principales actividades son guiar al usuario para resolución de problemas y proporcionar excelente servicio al cliente a través de llamadas telefónicas. La vacante es presencial en las instalaciones localizadas en Av. Tizoc 97 Cd. del Sol, Zapopan (muy cerca de Plaza del Sol)

Customer Service Representative
Requirements:
6 months customer service experience required
Candidates with a college degree will be considered w/o previous Call center experience
Excellent english communication skills are a must (written and verbal)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
qualified candidates will be comfortable in a high-energy environment.
Must be creative and have a passion for excellent customer service
representative responsibilities:
*handle inbound/outbound calls and address customer concerns and inquiries
Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
educate customers on the product and services offered by the company
Guide customers through the online application process
document all client interactions in a clear and coherent manner
assist customers with scheduling or adjusting payments
follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
maintaining composure in escalated situations
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Perform other functions as assigned by management
shift:
5 days a week, 2 days off
monday 5 am - 2 pm. thursday, friday and sunday 7 am - 4 pm. saturday 6 am - 3 pm.
tuesday and wednesday off
salary and benefits: $15,000 monthly.
