CUSTOMER SERVICELaw firm specialized in immigration services, helping people in the United States who are living and working in the country illegally to regularize their immigration status assisting in the legal process to apply for a work permit, work visa, permanent residence, etc.
The customer experience department ensures that the client queries are taken care of in a timely manner via phone and email.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner via phone and email.
Transfer the client to the correct department if needed.
Follow up with clientes regarding the current status of their case.
PROFILE
Positive attitude.
Team work efforts, results oriented.
Native Spanish speaker, conversational English
Call center and customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
Full schedule availability.
SHIFT: 5 Days
SALARY: $16,000 BASE GROSS MONTHLY SALARY
