We are (Torre) helping Remote Latinos find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Sales Closer.

Compensation:
USD 1.2k - 1.6k/month.

Location:
Remote (for Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Bolivia, and El Salvador residents).

“Our mission is to place 10,000+ people from all over Mexico, Central and South America including South Africa into remote jobs in the real estate space and help them increase their value so they can get paid more than the average person in their country.”

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You are proficient in sales closing, sales, lead generation, and resilience.
- Spanish Fully fluent.
- English Fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:
- Soft-selling & closing sales: Engage with prospects over the phone, employing a consultative approach to close sales.
- Effective follow-Ups: Maintain and nurture client relationships through timely and strategic follow-ups.
- CRM management: Utilize our CRM platform, Podio, to organize and manage client information and interactions.
- Operational tasks: Use Google Drive for task management and documentation.

Qualifications
- Proven sales experience: Demonstrable success in phone sales is essential.
- Multitasking ability: Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- CRM proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Podio.
- Emotional intelligence: Skilled at reading conversational tones and nuances, with a natural aptitude for phone-based interactions.
- Resilience & enthusiasm: A proactive and tenacious attitude toward making calls and closing deals.
- Real estate knowledge: A solid understanding or experience in the real estate industry.

Pay range and compensation package
$8-10/hr + commissions.
