Important Contact Center is looking for your talent, for the job of Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in Puerto Vallarta.Functions:
- Attention and follow-up to customer requests
- Reservation, confirmation and changes of appointments
- Recovery of insurance, warranties and returns
- Preparation of reports
Requirements:
- Advanced English (essential)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- Computer skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good writing and spelling skills
- Availability of time to work on-site
- To live in Puerto Vallarta
